FAQs

Q: How can I get my photos to you?

A:  Create a photo CD of your images and mail them to us.  If you would rather send us your images electronically, please contact us and we will provide you with the details.

Q: Can I send regular besides digital photos also?

A: Yes you can also send regular photos besides digitals. We suggest getting a tracking number when mailing photos
( We are not held liable for lost or damaged photos during shipping)

Q: I have read the instructions and I am totally confused.  Can you walk me through each step?

A: No problem!  Send us an email or give us a call.  We are more than happy to assist you through every step of your slideshow creation process.

Q:  Do you also place documents that I want to include in the photo slideshow?

A:  You could either email or mail to us a photocopy of the document. 

Q:  How can I pay for my photo slideshow?

A:  After you have previewed your photo slideshow and have given us your approval, we will start the process of copying your photo slideshow to DVD. At this time, we will also send to you via email an invoice.  Our payment transactions are handled through PayPal.  PayPal accepts all major credit or debit cards as well as direct bank transfers.  

Q:  How long will it take to get my photo slideshow?

A:  It takes up to 14 days to complete your photo slideshow. Than about 5 days for shipping if you live out of our area.
